My name is Eboni DuBose.  I've been in the learning and performance field for over eight years. After working with several clients, improving performance most always includes developing a "solution set". What does this mean? This simply means that usually training is not the only solution to the problem. You might be thinking "But my people aren't performing, they need training".  

Imagine if you went to your doctor  complaining of a pain in your shoulder and the doctor immediately prescribed that you need shoulder surgery! Do you see the problem with what the doctor just did? He/she gave you a solution without even knowing your symptoms or gathering data! Just as you expect that your doctors gets to know your symptoms, my job is to partner with you to analyze the performance situation thoroughly and to use data to drive  possible training and non-training solutions. 

Since you are paying me to help your employees achieve business goals, you expect me to deliver RESULTS.Yes, I am am skilled at providing  E-learning solutions. After working as a learning designer and performance specialist in several organizations, I have directly impacted performance issues by offering a blend of training and non-training solution. Not only do I have the experience with helping organizations fix performance problem, I have also earned my Masters degree from Boise State University's  Instructional and Performance Technology online graduate program.   In 2011, I completed my Workplace E-learning and Performance Support Certificate. In addition to developing budget-friendly e-learning that impacts your bottom line, my other services include using social media (Web 2.0 technologies) for learning, helping you choose an Learning Management System (LMS), and developing a blended learning strategy. By having both the experience and science behind performance improvement and performance-based E-learning solutions, I employ holistic solutions that target your business needs.
